|Well, all you puny little men, how often have you seen these big beefy
guys walking down the beach with some hot chick and wondered to yourself
"GEE I WISH I WAS LIKE THAT!" Well my friends, now is the time to do
something about it. I am a mild mannered 21 year old guy living in
Melbourne, and I can say that I am HUGE! I have never taken steroids, but do
take regular supplements to help me along the way. Here is my routine for
Chest and Arms Day
Dumbbell Flies 3 sets of 6 reps (I use 80 pounds)
Bench Press 3 sets of 8 reps (I use 350 pounds)
Pec Deck 3 sets of 6 reps (200 pounds)
Incline and Decline Bench Press 3 sets 6 reps (300 pounds)
Incline Flies 3 sets 6 reps (80 pounds)
Now if that don't work your chest, I don't know what will.
Now to the Arms.
